Citizens and neighbors working to keep the Massachusetts South Shore fishing community vital during very difficult times.
We are a grass roots coalition made up of commercial fishermen, scientists, business people, authors and citizens who are concerned about protecting fish stocks while preserving the fishing industries.
Rising oil prices and restrictive government regulations are affecting our food sources. Our supply of local fresh seafood is at risk as well as the businesses and jobs that are supported by the industry. We have fished these local waters since the 1600s.
